STATE DUES AND CLUB CONTRIBUTIONS
 
  a. Send $5 per member with your club membership list.
  b. If your club makes donations, use the form sent with the membership list to make the donations. Send ONE check for both items to the State Treasurer. Linda Lebeck
 
DISTRICT DUES
  Send 50 cents per member with a copy of your membership list and a list of your club officers to the District Treasurer.

  Your club president's name, address, zip code, telephone number, and email or fax number to the District Director.

By:    December 1
Send in AWARD BOOK OF EVIDENCE
(for Flower Shows and Projects) as well as any JUNIOR BOOK OF EVIDENCE. Application forms should be completely filled out and attached. A form is in the FALL (Oct. Nov. Dec. ) issue of the "Garden Forum'. Send to the State Awards Chairman: Joan Hood
   
CHRISTMAS FLOWER SHOWS (only) due by December 20.
 
BEFORE: JANUARY 10
PRESIDENT'S REPORT
 
Fill in all spaces. Claim all projects. Even if you have some doubt where your project fits into the FGCM, explain it as best you can and send it in! Please type or print neatly.
   
Fully explain projects, litter campaigns, Garden Centers, Garden Therapy projects, etc. Try to word your answers carefully.
   
Explain if juniors and high school work is an organized group.
   
If working toward a purple ribbon, show evidence of both a Standard Flower Show and Garden Tour ) single club - 5 members' gardens; council - 7 members' gardens).
   
SEND (completed) copy of President's Report (form provided by State Second Vice President) to: SE Director-Lois Barker and to the State club Ratings Chairman-Lois Johns
  This is very important if you want to receive your blue or purple ribbon.
   
Keep copies for your file and for your successor. It is very important that club presidents fill out and send in this report. Do the best you can filling it out; and if you need help, do not hesitate to call your District Director and ask for assistance.
 
BY: FEBRUARY 1
YEARBOOKS
  All clubs should mail in a copy of their new YEARBOOK complete with an application form. (The form is printed in the 'Garden Forum'. Send to SE District Awards Chairman: Kathy Faver .
   
 
YEARBOOKS must also be sent to:
State President: Maisie Keeser
State Club Programs Chairman: Carolyn Flynn
SE District Director: Lois Barker
   
  Junior Yearbooks should also be sent to the District Awards Chairman with a completed application form.
